■ Qualifications:
◇ Bachelor's degree in Economics, Bachelor's in Journalism, or MBA and
MA in Economics preferred.
◇ Native speaker or Bilingual
■ Compensation:
◇ Partial housing supplement
◇ Pay commensurate with experience and ability
