The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MOEF) of the Republic of Korea, Korea Development Institute (KDI), the World Bank Group, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI) are organizing 2025 Asia PPP Practitioners’ Network (APN) Conference.
The history of APN dates back to 2010, when working-level practitioners from PPP units across Asia and the Pacific convened for training and capacity building. As the PPP frameworks in various countries matured, APN gatherings have evolved into forums for the heads of PPP units to explore significant trends and issues in regional infrastructure investment, sharing best practices and addressing challenges. Alongside PPP experts, academia, and international organizations, APN promotes peer learning opportunities and serves as an information platform for both regional and global PPP networks.
In particular, this year’s main APN conference will be extended by an additional day, organized by the Korean MOEF, with a special focus on private sector engagement in PPPs. This one-day program will serve as a platform for networking with private sector stakeholders in Korea, facilitating discussions on case studies, leading practices, and collaboration opportunities. It aims to further enhance the practical dimensions of PPP development across the region.
