Objective: To review the project and findings from our regional consultations and reactions to briefings at the UN and World Bank and get everyone on the same page, introduce all the key issues to date, for all participants to discuss

Key issues include:
• If post-2015 goals apply to the whole world as we propose, will we divert or dilute the focus on the poorest and least developed countries? How shall we address this problem?
• While keeping the number of goals around 10 and adhering to the MECE (mutually exclusive, collectively exhaustible) principle, can we identify critically important development goals? Are there any missing issues?
• What should be done to make effective the proposed two-track structure of global- and country-level targets under universally agreed goals?
