Summary
The purpose of this study is to investigate the management pattern of Japanese-Korean policy operating on network organizations and to draw possible lessons from them or thereon. To Secure the continuous stabiblity of an economy, the establishment of stable labor-management as an absolute pre-reguisite. The Center for Economic Education(CEE) believes the publication of this report will contribute toworld further researches to provide desirable labor-managementrelations.
