□ Denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, North Korea’s nuclear strategy and “normal state” strategy
 
○ Overview on the conceptualizing level and positions regarding “denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula,” which South Korea, North Korea and the United States take respectively; Formulation of a sound concept for the establishment of a peace regime in the future
 
○ Review of various perspectives on North Korea’s commitment to “denuclearization”; Infer North Korea’s prospect of “normal state” and its mid- and long-term strategy
 
□ Evaluation of the agreements on denuclearization and a peace regime reached in the 2018 Inter-Korean Summit
 
○ Understanding the strategic meanings behind the agreements including “the complete denuclearization” and “a world without nuclear weapons”; Prediction on a path to a peace regime through the agreements on the establishment of peace
 
□ The key issues on denuclearization and a peace regime to be dealt in the 2018 North Korea-United States Summit and execution strategy of the Moon Jae-in government’s peace roadmap
 
○ Categorization of 1) structures in which both sides strike a package deal of denuclearization and a peace regime and 2) the anticipated action roadmap; Review and prediction on the key issues regarding the methodologies for denuclearization
 
○ Review on the controversial issues between North Korea and the United States concerning CVID(complete, verifiable, irreversible dismantling) and PVID(permanent, verifiable, irreversible dismantling); Suggestion of desirable action plans for the denuclearization after the 2018 North Korea-United States summit
 
○ Proposal of action plans for the Moon Jae-in government’s “peace roadmap” in an attempt to guide the North Korea-United States Summit to the successful direction as well as to achieve stable denuclearization and a peace regime
